I tweaked it a little bit. I used shredded mozarella because that was all i had on hand. After all of the wrapped meatballs were in my baking dish, I poured some melted garlic butter over everything and then sprinkled all of the seasoning using extra garlic.

I served it with spaghetti noodles and spaghetti sauce. It was great. I made these last night and WOW super easy!!! I took the advice of many and doubled the cheese. I will next time make sure to put the cheese on TOP of the meatball inside the dough that way it will melt all over I had a piece on either side. My son took them to school for lunch the next day!!! Easy to make, delicious, and what a crowd pleaser.

This one is a keeper!!! I used leftover meatloaf and cut into bite size squares. I used cheddar and jack cheese also so each time you took a bite it was a suprise. My kids loved it as a great way to use up the leftover meatloaf. Absolutely a hit. We have made this recipe for three different parties and all we took home was an empty pan. So easy! My son made these with his friends at a scouting campout and won the cooking contest!

They where cooked in a dutch oven with hot coals. They used a whole meatball and whole biscuit to make bigger servings. Everyone loved them. I used my own home made meatballs and Grands Flaky bisquits pulled apart. Also made some with cheddar. Really good! I can't read the other reviews.

Therefore, will not attempt to make it. These were great and easy to make. Family loved them! Would like to try them with homestyle meatballs and maybe brown gravy for the sauce.
