Having friends in Dragonvale is the key to two really important things: getting gems, and getting money. So…how do you get friends? Well, you can do it the hard way and browse through the Facebook Dragonvale fan pages , and add people requesting Game Center friends.

Using this, I was able to add over friends in less than 2 days…which inevitably means a nice pile of gems! The biggest reason? Experience points. And the best part is that it only costs you money…no gems required. So go ahead, get the wheels moving on clearing your islands; you can breed dragons while you wait. As you can see, you get a lot less bang for your buck as you go after larger quantities.

DragonVale is a breeding simulation game in which players design a park and display dragons in habitats. Displaying dragons allows the player to earn "dragoncash". Dragoncash can be used to upgrade a park with new islands, habitats, and decorations. Basic elemental dragons can produce a specific set of hybrid dragons by being paired in the Breeding Cave, the Epic Breeding Island, the Berrywhite Breeding Cave, which is only available during Valentine's, or the Cooperative Breeding Cave. The ten basic elements are plant, fire, earth, cold, lightning, water, air, metal, light, and dark. Epic dragons are rarer than basic elemental dragons and hybrids.

Why cant I add friends on Dragonvale?

I have friends on game center but for some reason it doesn't show up in the game itself which means I can't gift gems please help its so annoying!
