What Men really think about Modesty

It seems like the only girls who receive attention are the ones who know they're good looking and so they are very flirtatious in their behavior and the way they dress. For example there is this girl in my PE class, and her face isn't that great, but she has nice legs and boobs, so she wears short shorts and revealing tops and she also plays very aggressively so I feel like she's doing it for attention, and she gets it.

Meanwhile I wear conservative clothing, am moderately shy, focused, and responsible, but it's not like I'm unapproachable. I'm very down to earth and friendly, and I think I'm fairly attractive. I also love to play hard in PE, but when the other girl plays guys always make comments about how hot she is. Do I really have to advertise my body and act like a flirt for a guy to like me? I'm pretty independent, so I'm not good at flirting, I just act like myself, but it makes me upset that no guys are interested in me.

And as for the way I dress, it's not like a wear trash bags. Is there no hope for someone like me? I'm 18 and have never been romantically involved with anyone or done anything like kissing etc.

I'm worried I'm going to go through life alone and the only guys who will want me will be desperate for any woman. Well like I said, I don't dress ultra conservatively. She is just doing it for attention and she probably doesn't realize its only going to get her the wrong kind of attention.
